Coaching Disclaimer

Vona Solutions provides coaching services designed to encourage and equip individuals in ministry and beyond. While our coaching focuses on personal, financial, relational, and leadership development, it is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, financial advice, or legal advice.

Our services are rooted in biblical principles and aim to support your spiritual, emotional, and practical growth. However, we encourage clients to seek additional professional assistance when appropriate. Vona Solutions does not guarantee specific outcomes but strives to create a supportive environment that empowers you to take meaningful steps toward your goals.

If you have questions about how our coaching services align with your specific needs, please feel free to reach out to us for more information.

Important Information Regarding Free Services

At Vona Solutions, we are honored to serve missionaries and ministry partners by providing coaching, retreats, and speaking engagements free of charge whenever possible. For partners to receive free services, we ask for minimum monthly support (or annual equivalent) of $100. This reflects our commitment to equipping and encouraging those on the frontlines of gospel work without adding financial burdens.

However, there may be occasions when we request reimbursement for travel or other necessary expenses associated with providing these services. Any such costs will be communicated clearly in advance, and we will always strive to minimize expenses wherever possible.

If you have questions or need more information about this policy, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with you in advancing God’s Kingdom.

AI Disclosure

At Vona Solutions, we are committed to excellence, transparency, and stewardship in all we create and share. As part of that commitment, we want you to know that some of our written content is developed or enhanced using trusted AI tools, including ChatGPT by OpenAI.

Why We Use AI:

  • To assist with clarity, formatting, and organization of ideas

  • To save time and focus more on people and relationships

  • To help craft thoughtful resources that serve a wider audience

  • To supplement (but never replace) Spirit-led wisdom and experience

What We Don’t Use AI For:

  • We do not rely on AI to offer spiritual discernment, theological conclusions, or replace prayerful decision-making

  • We do not use AI-generated content blindly—everything is reviewed and shaped by human hands and a pastor’s heart

Our Commitment:

We promise that every piece of content—from devotionals and blog posts to resources and communications—is crafted with intentionality, biblical values, and care. AI may help us with the tools, but the message always comes from real people serving a real God.

If you have any questions about how content is created or wish to share feedback, please reach out to us directly. We welcome your thoughts.
